Why custom.

An off-the-shelf board solves the average problem.

Custom electronics solve your specific problem: mechanical constraints, harsh operating environments, industry certifications, integration with existing systems.

That is why we work as the technical partner of SMEs, start-ups and system integrators, supporting them from the initial idea to series production — under a single engineering directorship.

NEXILICA SRL was born in Modena in 2025 from the meeting of engineering expertise and field experience across the automotive, industrial and IoT sectors. Founded by Michele Gazzarri and Mattia Venturelli, the company designs custom embedded electronic solutions, combining hardware design, firmware development and advanced systems integration.

Our approach is tailor-made electronics: every board, every firmware, every embedded system starts from the customer's real specifications — not from a catalog. No two projects are alike, because no two applications are alike. From requirements analysis to PCB design, from firmware development to lab validation, we build electronic solutions tailored to the end product, optimised for performance, power consumption, BOM cost and long-term reliability.
