Monitor every plant
and device you run

One place for plants and machines spread across several sites. An edge gateway installed on site reads meters, PLCs and inverters, and NeMo keeps the history with no time limit: read it as indicators, or pull it out over a REST API, with role-based access.

  • The Evidence Your Energy Audit Asks For From 2027 a mandatory energy audit can no longer rest on estimates or utility bills: it needs data measured continuously. NeMo produces and keeps it, ready to present.
  • No Plant to Rebuild It reads meters, PLCs, inverters and field devices over the protocols they already speak – Modbus, OPC-UA, CAN, MQTT. It adds to what is already there.
  • Your Data Stays Yours Isolated per customer at the database itself, not by an application filter, and hosted in Italy on NEXILICA infrastructure.
  • Indicators, Not Dashboards Thresholds, recurring calculations and views built around the way you run the plant: what you need to decide, not a generic panel.

One bench
that measures everything

A test becomes a graph of steps: set a supply, read an instrument, send a CAN frame, check a value. You draw it in a visual builder and run it against the instruments on the bench or against a simulator, from a single instrument up to a production cell.

  • The Bench Writes the Evidence Every cycle closes with a traceable report per unit: who tested it, against which limits, with what outcome. Each board carries its own measurement history.
  • You Compose the Sequence No code and no waiting for whoever writes it: the person who knows the unit builds the sequence, and it saves as a JSON file.
  • The Instruments Already on Your Bench Keithley 2110 and 2280S, TTi CPX400DP, CAN and CANopen, serial, fixture I/O: no NI-VISA, no proprietary driver. And if the bench is not there yet, the same sequence runs against a simulator.
  • It Grows with Production From the single instrument to the cell: components are added hot, hardware is added slot by slot.
